I'll be having a short break from uploading music until june-ish. The reason for this is the upcoming Art Inspired Music (AIM) Contest coming up shortly. I missed out last year, which I'm still upset about, and I'm making sure not to miss it this time :).

I wouldn't call this a break, but I'm finding a lack for better words, so I'm caling it that. Don't worry, I'll be dropping one song today and then there'll be 2 songs submitted for AIM2024 sometime in june.

Well this is going to sound whack...

I was at my sister's place for the weekend, so I couldn't make any music.

Today, I woke up with an ear wax plug, so now I've had to rebalance my audio until that's sorted out later today. The issue with the rebalanced audio is that my mixing will now sound extremely low in volume, so it's not impossible the next 1-2 tracks will be horrendously loud, but that can be fixed later if that's the case.

Because I missed the weekend, I'll catch up with those 3 days eventually, perhaps when January isn't dealing bad hands anymore. Jamuary will continue!

Update:

Still got an ear wax plug, but I got a time tomorrow to get it cleared. I'll still try to push something out today. After all, my right ear can still hear normally :v. It has gotten better though, instead of temporarily being 80% deaf in my left ear, I'm now 50% deaf.

So, I completely forgot that Jamuary had begun. Whoops! I still feel like challenging myself though, so except for missing out on January 1st & January 2nd (I'm not counting the mini-album I released), I plan on pulling through the event.

The song from today, January 3rd, Dance Dungeon, wasn't orignially supposed to be a Jamuary addition, but it was made within 24 hours so I'll count it.

Hey folks!

I have some exciting news coming up!

In one week, the 1st of January 2024, I will be dropping a mini-album with 6 new songs that I've been working all year on getting done.

Many of them are projects I never got around to finishing, or ones that I deemed not good enough to publish. But guess what? I decided to bring new life to them in dedication to the new year coming up.

Thank you all for this amazing year, and I wish you an incredibly good Christmas Day and New Year coming up, no matter where you are or who you are. I especially want to send my wishes to those of you who have to spend the holidays alone against your will. Some are not as fortunate as the rest of us, so if you know somebody like this, make sure to show them some extra little gratitude. :)
